Job Description:

Project Implementer leads projects where new/old software or technical systems are implemented. They manage a team of implementation (technical support staff) and ensure all of the client’s needs are met throughout the implementation process. This is a skilled position that requires extensive experience in a related field along with a good level of education. Implementation project managers typically work in an office setting but travel often as new projects begin for different clients. Implementation project managers usually work full-time hours and often work overtime in order to meet deadlines as projects close. They report directly to the immediate channel head and work closely with client middle & upper management.


  • Participate in contract deliverables before contracts are created
  • Assess the client’s needs
    • Provide product demos and walk-throughs to customers.
    • Respond to product-related technical inquiries from customers.
  • Manage a team of implementation (technical support staffs)
    • Act as the first line of technical support during the implementation cycle.
  • Manage conflicts between internal teams and clients
    • Help customers in product deployment and troubleshooting technical issues, both verbally and electronically in a positive, professional, efficient manner
    • Communicating with the clients throughout the software implementation and customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
    • Documenting requirements of clients and communicating it effectively with the technical team to obtain the desired results.
    • Capture customer  requirements and common causes of technical issues
    • Respond to product-related technical inquiries from customers
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Managing and delivering the services required to meet implementation goals at a high level of quality with TEAM APPROACH.
    • Follow-up on customer issues in timely manner and monitor them to closure.
    • A weekly visit to the hospital for taking feedback from the client.
    • A weekly phone call to the hospital for any issue.
    • Timely solve the issue of hospital
    • Timely report on project progress
    • Daily report entry in Project TRACKER
    • Daily work status update to assigned Project FUNNEL
  • Provide regular updates to top management about the implementation status.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Mentoring the team and leading them to successful implementation.

Education + Experience

  • 4+ years of  professional work experience
  • Bachelors completed in related field
