Duty Station: Rajbiraj–Saptari with frequent travel to project sites (upstream and downstream Municipalities).
Enhancing CSOs role as key development partners in province no 2 with OXFAM Nepal. He/She will be responsible to manages implementation of all activities; supports, assists, and advises project staff on activity delivery; follow-up and regularly monitors activities, result and staff and prepares reports. He/she should develop the relationship with municipality ward CSOs and CBOs for ensuring better implementation, monitoring and achieving quality results. She/he ensures the better coordination and communication among the community, municipalities, local and district line agencies, and KVS board.
