Job Description:
- Set production performance standards
- Planning and organizing production schedules and level
- Determining quality control standards
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- M. Pharm/ B. Pharm
- Preferably more than 5 years of relevant experience
- Leadership/ Work or Manpower Management/Team working/Communication/ Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge on WHO-GMP regulations
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
