Job Description:
Deerwalk Services is looking for a Production Engineer (Night Shift) to join our production team. Major responsibility will be to run production jobs during the night (10 PM to 7 AM). The employee will have to Work from Home and must have a dedicated work room free from distractions. In addition to salary, the office will provide night shift allowance, computer, headset, desk, chair, heater and fan.
- Start and monitor processing tickets.
- Manage client files in production
- Monitor Elasticsearch clusters and handle issues using specified guidelines
- Execute scripts/patches on request basis
- Import data and troubleshoot in database (MySQL/MSSQL/Redshift)
- Troubleshoot issues and redirect to respective teams
- Communicate with Subject Matter Experts [SME’s] to resolve issues
- Follow specific guidelines on process and policies
- Perform other related tasks as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity of Big Data, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, Databases is appreciated
- Ability to handle volume based tasks qualitatively
- Good discipline with following guidelines
- Good written /verbal communication skills and positive attitude
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
