Job Description:
Being part of an early growth-stage organization like Grepsr means that you will be required to fulfill roles above and beyond what is formally defined. Below are core responsibilities expected from you:
- Oversee and plan the innovation and improvement of Grepsr’s core product(s) as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit consumers’ needs.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. Identify opportunities where our products or services can be better utilized.
- Formulate plans, timelines, and strategies to better utilize development resources to manage the existing product development process.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Play a leading role in maintaining product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a keen eye for UI and UX design
- An excellent project planner who can execute
- Ability to conceive fresh and innovative ideas for a new product that establishes or supports the existing product
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Education + Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in the related field
- Should have Bachelor Degree
