Job Description:
- Providing design phase insight for SAAS based ERP development to ensure alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Creating comprehensive user manual and requirement documentation for ERP system.
- Managed user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, resolving issues and ensuring successful ERP system deployments.
- Providing support to development team and customer service in understanding complex accounting processes.
- Working experience in software like SAP, Oracle, or any other similar BPM software.
- Coordinating with developers, Business team, Quality assurance team, UI/UX in planning and development of new modules and features.
- Good working knowledge of accounting.
- Resolve customer issues after deployment.
Education + Experience:
- 3+ years of prior work experience
