Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Prepare reports on purchases,including cost analyses
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality ordelivery times
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
- Identifies and study of potential new suppliers
- Study new products and services to meet company's goals
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, andother important data
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, deliverytimes, and potential future development.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Management Graduates or equivalent degreefrom recognized University.
