Job Description:
Responsibilities:-
- To evaluate a customer's network/security posture and design a solution that addresses their needs.
- To assist in completing RFI/RFP responses to clients.
- To conduct POCs and Demos making sure that they are completed with quality.
- To design solution deployment architecture and to size the solution for optimal performance.
- To conduct training and certification for partners and customers.
- To provide market feedback to our product development to enhance the future of the product.
- To present and implement the best suited solutions for the customer.
- To explore up selling opportunities in existing customer base in close co-ordination with sales executives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A good grasp of current technologies, network protocols, operating systems and network/information security.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows server infrastructure, Firewall, Linux servers and cloud technologies.
- Good command over English and excellent communication skills.
- Open minded, learner, adapter, self-organizer
- Past experience in security positions or customer facing role is a plus
- Past experience working with SIEM is a plus
- Knowledge of script and programming languages such as Python, Java or PowerShell is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Open to travel every now and then
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
