Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations regarding our services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Ability to leverage existing customers to dive new revenue opportunities, developing strong relationships in key customer accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal partners helping provide solutions to some technical issues
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on clear and proactive communication
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be effective in working independently and in a team
- Aptitude for fostering positive customer relationship
- Must have exposure to the IT company
- Technical experts with a strong understanding of cloud-based products and SaaS applications are highly preferred
Education + Experience:
BBA, BIM or BCIS graduates are preferred
