Job Description:
- Creating and maintaining good business relationships with reputed organization and attending meeting
- Understanding needs of IT industries, their requirements and approaching with proposal for the internship of students
- Understanding of student’s field of interest and capability and guiding them
- Work as a liaison between organization and student for internship placement
- Assist in screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified students for work based learning experiences.
- Creating and maintaining online database of employers for student internship
- Attending professional meetings, conferences and workshops to maintain professional knowledge and skills for engaging students in internship programs
- Assist school administrators to prepare students for work based learning activities
- Inform student interns of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensations, schedules and working conditions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Candidate should be graduate and at least 3 Years of working experience in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality
- Intimate understanding of emerging market channels
- Excellent coordination, planning and guiding skills
