Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
- Develop and deploy new features.
- Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
- Troubleshooting application and code issues.
- Work and collaborate with Architects to design high-level solutions, help to breakdown tasks and estimates
- Review others' work in the context of the whole system and/or platform, and suggest them for quality codes.
- Work on all phases of the development lifecycle.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven software development experience in PHP.
- Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Experience with designing and developing the RESTful APIs
- Experience in designing databases that represent and support business processes
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications.
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
- Understanding of PHP web frameworks.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
- Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
Education + Experience:
- Should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
