Job Description:
- To expand Upaya City cargo branch offices (through Franchise or own office) as per Company’s Plan and carry out all the activities to operationalize it
- To hire, train and supervise all the staff in the branch office and ensure smooth function of the offices and in the case of franchise operation, work as a focal point on behalf of the Company
- To coordinate with MD to implement Company’s plan and strategy
- To formulate yearly plan and budget of the branches and align with Commercial and Logistics department for yearly & monthly target setting and supervise and support the team in branch office to achieve it
- To coordinate with Tech Department for customizing changes in the platform in the branch office
- To ensure key metrics of the branches are being achieved and provide all support required
- To communicate, train and orient branch team regarding any new products/ services launched by the Company
- To be responsible to ensure adequate training and orientation being imparted to driver/customer as per Company’s plan
- To act as a coordinator to implement specific activities like new services launch, marketing/ campaign activities etc.
- To build relationships with local administration, concerned government organizations, driver associations (if any) and business associations for ensuring support
- To act as a relationship manager for key customer accounts of the Company for retention and growth
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Kathmandu/ Needs to travel about 20 days a month out of valley
- Excellent Leadership Skills, Interpersonnel Skills, Communication Skills, Reporting Skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors/ Masters Completed
