Job Description:
Position Operation Manager
Location: Lalbandi, Sarlahi.
Responsibilities:
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
- Should handle purchase and need to implement software
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Plan, organize, control, manage and evaluate the work of the Purchasing Division
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Organizing special promotions, displays and events;
- Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should have account and inventory based experience
- Should have good human relation skills
- Should be able to resolve conflict and perform the required task
- Good managerial and organization skill
Education + Experience:
- Education: Bachelor in Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket.
