Salary: 400 USD, Equivalent for competent & deserving candidate.
- Greeting customers, starting conversations and connecting to their either technical or subject help
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving their complaints and problems
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing accurate, valid and complete information
- Keeping records of interaction and follow communicating procedures, guidelines and policies
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customer all the time
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in both written and speaking English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality
- Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Knowledge of PR and Analyzing information
- Excellent coordination, planning and guiding skills
- Commanding English spoken with fast typing skill
Education + Experience:
Candidate should be Graduate and at least 1 Years of working experience in relevant field
