Job Description:
Job Summary: nbsp;To manage the Nursing team of Rehabilitation Unit to deliver excellent holistic care & treatment to the patients admitted in the ward. S/he or should work collaboratively with the Medical, Surgical and allied health to provide best practice nursing care to improve the patients quality of life
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, empathy and ability to motivate and encourage people
- Good ability to read and write English
- Good computer skills in Word & Excel,
Education + Experience:
- BSc in Nursing or BN with minimum one year experience of rehabilitation care nursing after completion of BSC/BN. S/he should be registered with Nepal Nursing Council.
