Job Description:
- Design, install, configure and deploy L2 and L3 network
- Familiar with MPLS, VPLS, BGP, Routing, Switching, FTTH, network planning and designing and
implementation - Involve in evaluation, recommendation, and optimization of existing network infrastructure by implementing new standards and technologies
- Provide support to clients as appropriate and ensure timely response to issues escalated by the Customer Support team
- Must be able to monitor, troubleshoot and handle the entire network with minimal to no supervision
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems
- Proper reporting and documentation
- Responsible to keep network at optimal performance ensuring no service disruption round the clock
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- CCNA/HCIA or equivalent certified candidate will be preferred
- Must be familiar with standard technology, concepts, practices and procedures required within an ISP
- Strong analytics and troubleshooting skills; should be a team player
- Flexible in duty timing and should be available round the clock if required
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor Completed in IT related field from any recognized University
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Network Administrator in ISP
