Job Description:
Nepal’s leading distribution company requires NSM (National Sales Manager) to manage sales and marketing activities for leading Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances brand. The person is required to manage sales activities around the country including managing vendor activities, distributor channel network, sales team. NSM is responsible for achieving goals and KPI’s. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
We are looking for young energetic person with experience in distribution and sales.
- Preferably from Consumer Durables or FMCG businesses.
- Past experience of managing teams and distribution channels of at least 3 years.
- Preference given to people with MBA degree or at least Bachelor Degree in business.
- Should have good knowledge of Nepalese market landscape and ready to travel around the country.
- Should have working knowledge of basic computer applications (such as Excel/ Powerpoint etc)
- Should have fluency in English and Nepali language
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor degree
