Job Description:
- Tracks MIS activities and priorities
- Daily reporting- Daily reporting of sales. Collection and stock.
- Organizes and facilitates meetings and trainings for MIS activities
- Takes notes and tracks action items for meetings and other Retail Distributors and retailors
- Coordination with all concern departments
- Data Management-Analyze the market, competitor and industry data. Prepare and analyze segment-wise, area-wise data, prepare and analyze data for sales target, KPI and business volume growth.
- Internal reporting- Periodic Reporting to supervisor on sales and operational performances.
- Area-wise, segment-wise, product-wise reporting.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Making sales analysis, and sharing to the sales team and other departments as per requirement.
- Circulating targets, schemes, and incentives.
- Generating reports and making required entries in online software
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in M/S word, Office, PowerPoint.
- Visit RD/RT when required
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
Education + Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with Working.
- Fresher or experienced with excel knowledge
