Job Description:
- Design, code and maintain efficient and reliable Java code
- Maintain software products by identifying and resolving issues
- Work collaboratively in an Agile team to deliver team commitments and goals
- Maintain required documentation of the product
- Research on new technology and techniques for continuous improvement of the products
- Perform code review of peer developer
- Implement/follow CI/CD process
- Work in Scrum/Kanban team environment to size and plan the requirements
- Mentor new members for easy on-boarding to the team
- Take different roles, as required by the organization, like Scrum Master, tech lead for small projects, etc
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of programming and software development experience
- Experience with Java EE or Spring framework and good knowledge of enterprise application development
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
- Familiar with Front end technologies and specifically Angular framework will be preferred
- Experience on Hibernate/JPA, MySQL/MSSQL Server
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience on Web Services like REST/SOAP
- Strong concept of Object Oriented programming and Design Patterns
- Familiar with code management and CI/CD tool
