Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements and propose solutions
- Work in Scrum/Kanban team environment to size and plan the requirements
- Develop software products following standard coding practices and automated unit testing
- Maintain software products by identifying and resolving issues
- Work collaboratively in an Agile team to deliver team commitments and goals
- Maintain required documentation of the product
- Research on new technology and techniques for continuous improvement of the products
- Participate actively in retrospective meetings for continuous improvement of the team
- Perform code review of peer developer
- Implement/follow CI/CD process
- Mentor new members for easy on-boarding to the team
- Take different roles, as required by the organization, like Scrum Master, tech lead for small projects, etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1 to 3 years of programming and software development experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong Object Oriented Concept
- Good Knowledge of Data Structure and Experience of DBMS
- Experience of Agile/Scrum Practices and Tools
- Familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Familiar with Standard Coding Practices
- Familiar with code management and CI/CD tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience on Java/J2EE/Spring Framework(Spring Boot is preferred must),ORM,JPA & Web services
- Solid experience in web development in Angular 4 or higher framework
- Good knowledge with MySQL database engine with sound knowledge in SQL Query
- Familiar with server-side APIs and web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML)
