Job Description:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Effectively communicate insights and make plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Enhance reporting capability to the business by ensuring you understand user requirements in the business and working with IT to develop this capability
- Engage with the business to enable specific system capabilities based on the ad hoc needs of the business
- Be a business partner to the business on the system, communicating across the business to resolve & escalate systems issues
- Developing superior reporting capability, including data cleansing to ensure the maximum output of the systems.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Track record of following through commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
