Job Description:
Location: GPH, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible to manage the laboratory department to provide high-quality laboratory services through accurate testing procedures, correct analysis and reliable reports which enable the medical team to manage patient’s condition.
Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:
- Able to use automated and technical equipment.
- Having good eye sight to differentiate between colors and fine structural differences of microscopic specimen.
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Good Nepali & English language skill (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to patient care with genuine interest in helping people.
- Ability to work in a team and passionately demonstrate INF Nepal’s value in work setting.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) registered with Nepal Health Professional Council (NPHC) with minimum two years’ experience preferably in multidisciplinary health care service.
