Job Description:
- Counselling with students and their guardians as per the need
- Assisting the Program Coordinators to organize training and other relevant events, and enforcing and monitoring the college rules related to students' conduct
- Supporting the College Administration in developing project proposals and other fund-raising activities
- Performing any other duties and tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice Principal, and the Program Coordinators as and when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in both English and Nepali language
- Must have HR and performance management skill
- Must have strong ability to use one’s own initiative and to make decisions at his/her level
Education + Experience:
- Priority will be given to Master's Graduates
