Job Description:

  • Plan, develop and implement curriculum, academic programme and annual calendar as per university's standard
  • Plan, develop and implement quality assurance requirements for the respective programme as per university's standard
  • Prepare strategic policies and procedures for student enrollment meeting university's requirement
  • Coordinate with HODs for effective and efficient implementation of the programme
  • Prepare periodical programme report and submit it to concern authority
  • Prepare recruitment planning as per organizational need
  • Reinforce professional development plan for all faculties
  • Responsible for performance management of all faculties
  • Perform other administrative assignments as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be fluent in both English and Nepali language
  • Must have HR and performance management skill
  • Must have strong ability to use one’s own initiative and to make decisions at his/her level
  • Proven time management skills with an ability to prioritize and complete work
  • Must be able to work in a multicultural and diverse team
  • Must have positive work attitude within an organization with high work ethics
  • Must be able to work under pressure and cope up with stress level
  • Must be able to perform assigned tasks effectively and in timely manner

Education + Experience:

  • Should have Master's Degree
  • Priority will be given to M.Phil Graduates
