Job Description:
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns in schools/ colleges/ bridge course center for sessions
- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
- Writing copy for all marketing collateral, flyers, prospectus, letters, emails and websites
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
- Work with Marketing and admissions departments on recruiting students
- Work with the Head of Marketing on the marketing visit, prospect meetings and negotiations with prospective schools, colleges and education centers
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate with all the related stakeholders
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
Education + Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Ideally, a degree in marketing although not essential
- Strong and confident communicator
- Some evening and weekend commitments
- Requiring of two wheeler driving license
- Excellent copywriting skills and experience
- Design skills including graphics and web design
- Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis, Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking
