Job Description:
- Interview, hire, and train marketing employee members
- Oversee the marketing team
- Work with a product development team
- Work with different teams to develop marketing plans for all media channels and support local/international sales teams
- Provide in-depth product and service information to interested clients
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product and service
- Perform analysis on marketing strategy effectiveness
- Track all marketing and sales conversion data and create detailed analysis reports for improvement
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports
- Research and analyze market trends
- Create content for company blogs and make social media plans
- Work with the product, sales team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good knowledge on various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Education + Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
