Nepal Mind Factory Consultants, seeks a marketing manager for one of our ventures. At Nepal Mind Factory, we work in a collaborative environment and we believe in growing together professionally as well as individually. We are trying to create a unique work environment in Nepal, in which every one involved with us are challenged to produce better solutions, generate innovative ideas, and work on something that brings excitement in achieving targets and results. Currently, we are looking for someone with academic background in business studies; who can provide us with different marketing perspective & strategies, lead a group of marketing personnel and co-ordinate-communicate with the management team in executing project goals and targets.
We are looking for marketing manager to lead our group of marketing team in our project(s).
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to initiate lead and manage engagements with project team members in achieving project targets and results.
- Lead a group of marketing team, assign tasks, monitor progress and handle intermediate issues of the marketing team.
- Lead and develop E-commerce strategies for Nepal Mind Factory.
- Develop a plan to onboard as many stores in our E-commerce platform.
- Support the preparation of reporting and communication tools to share progress, successes, lessons, and best practices with all partners
- Analyze and report issues- what is working or what is not- with partners to address constraints in a timely manner
- Assist/conduct key events, workshops, marketing campaigns, and other engagements with stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good understanding of e-commerce business environment.
- Preferred specialization in marketing communication and marketing research.
- Professional level skill on Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong English and Nepali communication skills. Document creation in Nepali preferred.
- If necessary, willing to travel different parts of Nepal.
- Good communication skills with prior experience in leading college group activities and program.
- Candidates with driving license will be prioritized.
Education + Experience:
- At least Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Studies from reputed university.
