Job Description:
- Responsible for all over sales performance
- Manage Marketing team
- Achieve yearly Sales volume and Revenue targets at the required profitability parameters decided by the Management
- Innovatively Increasing Business opportunities through various channels
- Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs
- Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts
- Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products
- Ability to complete management reports on time essential
- Develop and communicate the company strategies for marketing and sales/ director to approve
- Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Work under pressure
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent leadership capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Managing process, Good Marketing Knowledge
- Good presentation skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Selling of Air Conditioners or, White Goods
