Job Description:
- Leading the marketing staff.
- Supervise and guide marketing Teams
- Looking after the marketing section for Kathmandu Valley.
- Working as the mediator between the staff in Kathmandu office and the management.
- Work as the face of the company and deal with politicians, press and media.
- Make a product marketing strategy to generate and drive demand of our products
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams.
