Job Description:

  •  Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
  • Improve brand visibility of the Company products and services through both online and offline platforms – social media, digital marketing, press releases, awards submissions, events participation and other relevant platforms with effective content (videos, white-papers, articles, blogs)
  • Formulate & oversee social media strategy and PR Strategy (both online and offline)
  • Develop & manage digital marketing campaigns (email campaigns), co-ordinate with sales teams for the same
  • Develop marketing collaterals – brochures, fliers, case studies across banking, insurance and Services units
  • Manage internal and external communications with relevant stakeholders
  • Events participation – evaluate events and produce all event specific collaterals
  • Build thought leadership articles for Senior Management
  • Build and maintaining analyst relationship – Engage with research agencies and analysts, so that company and business units have opportunities to participate in surveys and can find mention in reports and thus help the brand building process
  • Vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and vendor management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing.

Education + Experience:

  • Should have a Bachelor/Master Degree in management
