Job Description:
- Lead and manage marketing department of LBEF Group of Institution by providing tasks, objectives, strategies and projects
- Regularly interact with the admission department to receive the information and updates
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content and social media accounts
- Prepare and Evaluate marketing report and sales data
- Present regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
- Work with executives to incorporate marketing needs
- Monitor Competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, product or services
- Travel to meet students/parents and attend conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, industry events and seminars.
- Engage in publicity of the college
- Assist the monitoring and updating of all the information relating to admissions
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience marketing field
- Must be a tactful and confident communicator
- Ability to work on own initiatives as well as in a team
- Excellent client calling skills and ability to close transactions
- Creative, innovative and able to visualize opportunities for growth
Education + Experience:
Should have bachelor's degree
