Job Description:
- Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful financial operations
- Attain banking/financial/remittance operations issues
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks
- Oversee the processing of BFI ( Banking & Financial Institution ) activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
- Develop financial back up plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge loss
- Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the BFI operations team
- Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
- Maintain an operation protocol for both internal & external communications.
- Supervising and delegating work to Bank customer support staff.
- To assure every documentation process as per the payment service provider compliance from NRB (Nepal Rastra Bank)
- Strong Nepali speaking and writing skill to create and document proposals
- Prepare and revise finance and operation guidelines in order that they adhere to NRB
- Responsible for balancing and managing the daily cash flow and liquidity of funds
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience Bank Operations, Reconciliations and Compliance Department of a financial institution
Education + Experience:
- Main requirement: Minimum 3 years work experience in Operations department of any Bank or other financial institution is a MUST )
- A degree in banking or in the management field
