Job Description:
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Must manage budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Must dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good command over English (Both Speaking and Writing)
- Computer literacy proficient with email, internet and office packages
- Applicants with pleasant and smart personality
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Preference given to Overseas Retail Industry experience candidates (Supermarket / Hypermarket)
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor Degree
