Job Description:
- Liaise and Coordinate with custom agents, clearing agents, freight/forwarding agents to ensure smooth imports and export of products and material
- Regular import and export tracking to have proper upkeep on status of material transit and logistics
- Responsible to handle local transportation and logistics to facilitate goods delivery
- Liaising with merchants for export and cargo including related documentation and compliances
- Preparation of TT, LC and Bank Guarantee ensuring smooth day to day operations
- Responsible for material requisition, inspection and commercial logistics correspondence with various government bodies and agents
- Record keeping of expenses related to imports and exports and timely submission to reports as and when required
- Reconciliation of bank guarantee, TT, LC and Aasikuda
- Liaising with government office, local bodies and other commercial related operations
- Ensure proper stock entries and reconciliation in the ERP in coordination with Accounts
- Prepare regular MIS related to logistics and related works stated above as per required by CFO or the Management.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience: 6+ years in import, export logistic management
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor degree or above
