Job Description:
- Take the lead in UI Development projects
- Help plan and prioritize UI Development backlog and weekly tasks from multiple departments
- Help drive the team forward with their day-to-day tasks as the expert in the field.
- Work closely with tech team regarding their UI Development requirements
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the design team and tech team to ensure website experience is at the highest standards
- Assist in defining UI Development Roadmap to help communicate team capacity to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining the company websites.
- Use markup languages to create user-friendly web pages
- Website Browser testing
- Conducting website performance tests
- Monitoring live website performance
- Optimizing the website for maximum speed
- Assisting CRO efforts by the design team for our website and applications
- Write functional requirements documents and guides
- Deliver projects within deadline
- Expected to assist to maintain digital assets such as the HLE design systems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for website users and stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency throughout the whole website and application
- Ensure that the best practices and standards in UI Development are followed and maintained by the team
- Expected to assist on occasions ad hoc tasks that are required to be completed on the marketing team
- Expected to provide ideas and solutions to improve business goal
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be able to produce wireframes to communicate design ideas if needed
- Support the Marketing team in generating more quality inquiries and improving organic traffic on the marketing website.
