Job Description:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, improve client acquisition, and enhance brand presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with marketing, product development, and customer service initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive growth.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture, provide regular coaching, and support professional growth.
  • Set clear, measurable goals for the team, monitor performance metrics, and hold team members accountable for achieving targets.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members as needed to ensure the team is equipped to meet strategic goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Engage with top-tier clients through regular meetings and business reviews to drive account growth and retention.
  • Represent Folliderm at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance client relationships and promote brand awareness.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on market conditions, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Use market intelligence to inform pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning in the market.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses regularly to understand and leverage Folliderm’s competitive advantage.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in the health sector is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance and strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
  • ​The working schedule will be six days a week, 8hrs a day.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
