Education + Experience:

- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- Some experience with design and architecture.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
In addition to the specified prerequisites, we are keenly interested in candidates who demonstrate the following competencies:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Some years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Excellent understanding of multithreading concepts, VM internals, memory management, and GC optimization in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Lucene/Elasticsearch, ZeroMQ (or any messaging queue), ANTLR, Jasper Report, and Junit.
- Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Bonus points for experience in the cybersecurity realm.
