Job Description:
- Provide database support for customer applications, including creating/modifying databases and tables.
- Perform database backups, design databases, and maintain system documentation.
- Analyze issues holistically, from the application tier through the database, down to the storage.
- Design and Implement database-level security for all applications.
- Maintain logs of problems, user requests, modifications done etc. to prepare reports on a periodic basis
- If necessary, make an emergency visit outside the office to match the client’s demand.
- Design, develop and implement database replication and mechanism between DC and DRC.
- If necessary, work off-hours and on public holidays to match client’s demand.
- Installation and administration of SQL server always on and storage area network (SAN) management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Able to travel within or outside valley when required.
- Able to work on off days and public holidays when required.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 1 rear work experience in relevant field.
