Job Description:
- Familiarity with Linux Operating system
- Knowledge of Virtualization environment VMware, Citrix Xen
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, security configurations and server hardening
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git, Gitlab, SVN etc.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Experience with webservers like Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, Nodejs
- Assist and perform daily internal operational tasks as required
- Monitor different services and ensure their uptime
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot issues with cloud VPS
- Provide technical support to the end-users if and when they face issues with our service
- Create automation scripts as you see fit to replace the manual workload
- Experience with Database servers
- Knowledge of AWS and its services is a plus
- Knowledge of Docker and other related services is a plus
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor in IT
- 2 to 3 years of experience related industry
