Job Description:
- Develop, test, and maintain Java applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Utilize the Spring framework to build scalable, robust, and maintainable applications.
- Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity using MySQL.
- Implement and integrate front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.
- Take ownership of projects, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Hands on professional programming of 5 plus years of experience using Java
- You have experience with Spring framework and MySql
- You believe design patterns are the way to go
- Have a passion for outstanding results, not just clean code
- Scalable and manageable solutions are in your DNA
- Experience with front-end JS frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue would be cool
- You have the capacity to lead the team and direct the project
