Job Description:
We are looking for talented Java Developer with design and architecture experience to join our team to build our product. Our engineering team is innovating every day tackling some of the gnarliest problems out there at the intersection of software engineering and services. You will be responsible architecting, developing, testing products as well as mentoring junior engineers and providing top tier customer support.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities towards product development which includes:
- Evaluate existing technologies which includes various open source software.
- Design and develop software architecture with CI/CB/CD automation in mind.
- Implement Agile development practice and act as Bits.
- Write design and architect documents
- Mentor and groom junior engineer.
Education + Experience:
Skill Set:
- Expert in Java and Python.
- Expert in J2EE, servlet, jetty.
- Experience using Tomcat, Apache and IIS server to develop various application.
- Familiarity of web feed like Atom, RSS
- Experience with object oriented development methodologies and implementing Design Pattern to produce quality product.
- Source Control (git), Automation (Ansible)
- Docker, Vagrant
- Ability to do advance diagnostics of jvm, java application and stack traces.
Additional:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Relational databases (Mysql, postgres)
- Keeps best-practice security measures in mind
