Job Description:
- Assisting IT department in ERP implementation and Database Management Process.
- Installing and configuring computer software
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Research and identify solutions to software issues and solve the same
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Database Management System or application is a must
- Should have adequate knowledge on ERP
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Windows server, Microsoft SQL server
- Good understanding of computer systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Should have two-wheeler and driving license
