Job Description:
- Passion for learning new products

What you will be doing:
- In your role as an IT Support Engineer, you will continue to fine-tune your exceptional technical support skills to provide elite customer service
- You will continuously learn new products and technologies
- With the Elite team, you’ll be an active participant in the continuous improvement process
- You will also receive candid feedback to learn, develop and grow in your role and accelerate your career faster than in any other software company in the market
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Moderate Knowledge on the network, security components and services
- Moderate Knowledge on Servers Oss, Hypervisors, and Shared Storage
- Basic knowledge of ATM technology but not mandatory
- Hands-on with remote support tools and technology
- Should able to manage various Logs, reports and data
- Should able to manage and monitor IT infrastructure
Note:
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Education + Experience:
- More than or equals to 1 year preferred (Fresher may apply)
- Should have completed BSc (Hons), BIM, BSc IT, BIT or any Bachelor IT Degree) from recognized University
- 1+ Year hands-on experience on LINUX/UNIX and RDBMS Software
