Job Description:

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd is currently looking for a passionate and motivated “IT service Representative (ITSR)” who is willing to grow with the company. The major roles and responsibilities of an ITSR are listed below:

Position Offered:  IT Service Representative (ITSR) For Worldlink Communication

Number of candidates required: 20

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls in a timely manner for enquiries and complaints regarding Worldlink Services
  • Handle Customer enquiries by phone and provide accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Handle Customer complaints, obtain and examine all relevant information to access validity of complaints and to determine the possible causes. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with Customers through open and interactive communication by identifying and assessing Customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Technical trainings will be provided to perform Internet service support.
  • Take ownership of support issue from initial call / ticket to final resolution and closure.

Shift Available:  Full time (2-10 , 3-11 ) Part Time ( 6 - 10 )

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to use computer and computer systems, to process and verify information.
  • Good communication skills, Good Troubleshooting, analytical, knowledge of networking technologies. 
  • Basic Technical Knowledge of Internet, Intranet, router, switch, optical fiber
  • Comfortable working in shifts

Education + Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT field
  • Fresher’s can apply
  • Ongoing students can also apply to work on part time basis.
