Job Description:
- Install and Configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Configure and install various network devices and services, IT Equipment, Networking, Firewall and troubleshooting if there is any issue
- Maintain WLANs and other wireless networks
- Provide network technical support; evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure for better performance
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Replace computer and laptop parts as required
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
- Linux/Windows System Administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Conceptual knowledge of Programming language
- Socially adept, driven and motivated by results
- Patience and concentration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-Motivated, Team Builder and Doer
- Able to work as part of wide and varied team
- Strong network and security skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
