Job Description:
Company: Golyan Group - FMCG Division
Designation: IT Officer -Software
Major Roles:
- Assist in new product installation services, installation of product updates, migrations of software, implementation of ERP and other types of proactive or reactive on-site services, and support infrastructure software.
- Work closely with software vendors and internal stakeholders to complete the implementation in software timely and effectively.
- Troubleshoot software issues during operations and provide technical support to all employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years in similar role
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant degree
