Job Description:
Company: Golyan Group - FMCG Division
Designation: IT Officer - Hardware
Major Roles:
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware and networked devices
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and network problems
- Monitor and test hardware performance and provide performance statistics and reports
- maintain an inventory of all laptops, monitors, keyboards, hard drives, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment
- Liaise with third-party support and vendors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience: 2 years in similar role
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant degree / professional training in hardware & Networking
