Job Description:
- Identify potential investments in line with KCL’s vision and investment policies
- Prepare Investment project reports for presentation to the management and finally to the Board of Directors
- Establish effective and well-organized investment processes
- Write clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis
- Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies
- Perform regular administration duties of all investment files
- Develop and maintain efficient relationship with investment departments and ensure compliance to all policies and laws
- Monitor all investments for organization and ensure efficiency in working
- Analyze all requirements and determine appropriate investment strategies for organization
- Provide expert knowledge on all investment and financial activities for project, manage project portfolio
- Review all performance of investment portfolio and prepare required report for management in accordance to company policies
- Provide an interface with Investment Committee and recommend new and changes to existing investment policies and submit it for approval
- Develop and maintain knowledge on all market securities plans and manage all portfolio products
- Prepare and submit all Investment reports to management and Board as per requirement
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills Required:
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong command in English- writing and speaking
- Efficient working skills in MS Office & Nepali typing
- Outstanding organization/time management
Education + Experience:
- MBA (Finance)- completed
- At least 2 years of experience as a Investment Officer or similar position in reputed organization
