Job Description:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Constant follow up and inquiry about mail/ calls, appointment and visit when required.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries backed with follow-up.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (manage appointment register, visitor logbook and diary management)
  • Updating minutes of staff meetings, note keeping of every meeting
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory/ stationery of stock
  • Update calendars(Holiday circular, notice) and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records and Check with water jar & Stationary, Safekeeping of items & pre-inform about purchase.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Write letters and send them to appropriate bodies, and receive incoming mails.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the Program Co-ordinatior /HR functions and duties.
  • Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management.
  • Field Visit as requires in the Program schedules.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Smart, dedicated and capable of melyi tasking.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.

Education + Experience:

  • +2 completed or Bachelor's Running

Benefits:

Term= Contractual/ Part-time

Time= Flexible time as its focused for college going students.

Candidates with own vehicles would be preferred.
