Job Description:
- Proficient knowledge of optical fiber, including its applications and usage of optical power meters, as well as familiarity with ISP products used in client premises.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to address client-reported issues promptly.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues such as Wi-Fi range, hardware problems in routers, connectors, drop wires, secondary routers/extenders/repeaters, etc.
- Timely reporting of field issues to the supervisor.
- Expertise in IPTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Competence in internet installation at client premises, ensuring proper procedures are followed and providing satisfactory client counseling.
- Knowledge of safety precautions in fieldwork.
- Flexibility to work shifts and public holidays as per business requirements.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- As per requirement should be flexible in terms of shift and public holiday.
- Have valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Strong communication and leadership skill along with initiation capability
Education + Experience:
- 1-2 years’ at least in ISP Fiber/Network field.
- Higher education with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ISP projects.
